Two Productivity Hacks for Notes and Highlights

Having all book highlights from Kindle pass automatically to Notion (or another notes app)

Here is a rapid and easy tutorial (also has a video) I followed to get all the highlights from my Kindle, separated per book, on a special page in my Notion (the app I use for notes and organization).

It lets you sync whenever you have new highlights and want to update the notes.

I plan to improve on top of it. Maybe create a shortcut where I press a button and everything syncs automatically (although this first version doesn’t require much work).

An idea that I will also try, and you can too: Connect GPT into your highlights and have it summarize the best ideas in bullet points, general summary, etc (if I end up doing this, I’ll create a simple tutorial for it).

Take voice notes and have them transcribed + summarized + action points

This is a game changer if you like taking voice notes when going for a walk, in the car, or at home.

Here are two videos that will help you create a voice note with the phone and automatically have it transcribed in a note, with a summary, action points, and whatever else you want it to have.
